MeLissa Boler is the Senior Manager with the Midlothian Community Development Corporation (MCDC), and will present her program on this organization on June 10th. We remember MeLissa from her advocacy with Bridges Training Foundation, and her husband is now COO there.
In October 2022, MeLissa transitioned to the role of Senior Manager with the Midlothian Community Development Corporation (MCDC), becoming the organization’s first employee. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in promoting quality of life and economic growth in the City of Midlothian. MeLissa is responsible for supporting key community development activities, including marketing, business retention, workforce development, and the implementation of strategic projects that enhance the city’s long-term vision and sustainability.
