Our speaker today will be Joel James, Government Affairs Liaison with NTTA. In his current role, Joel is responsible for networking, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with local government agency appointed and elected officials and their staffs to promote policies that advance NTTA’s core objectives.
With the kind of growth throughout the Metroplex and nearby the fast way to get transportation options has been through the building of tollways. While we have none in Ellis County at present, we do have some nearby, and most of us use the various tollroads.
Mr. James will give us an update on NTTA’s plans for the future at today’s meeting. Our last presentation from NTTA was in October 2019 and plenty of things have happened since.
