Ellis County Sheriff Brad Norman presented on August 15th. He manages the largest budget item for Ellis County, with 265 employees including about 100 deputies, and of course the County Jail. With some confiscated monies from crooks his department has purchased a number of drones to facilitate law enforcement in the County.
We had an outside demonstration - show and tell - showing the performance of the larger drone and it's photographic and tracking abilities. Overall a very interesting program. Thanks to the Sheriff and his deputies Chad and Mark for helping with the demo.
