As has become our practice, we had a social event during the week of the fifth Tuesday, which was September 30th. Cammy Jackson suggested an early evening event at The Dessert Bar in downtown Midlothian, and we settled on 5:30 on Wednesday, October 1st as our meeting time.
We had good attendance for this event, with most spouses coming also. Good desserts or drinks, and good conversations with those near you on the long narrow table where we sat.
