Christine Thompson is NEED Center Manager (Northern Ellis Emergency Dispatch) and communications manager for the Midlothian Police Department. We thank our member Chief Carl Smith for arranging for this program about Communications and Emergency Dispatch in northern Ellis County, including the cities of Midlothian, Ovilla and Red Oak. Christine brought a slide show and walked us through the various types of activities in her department including 911 calls. It was an informative program.
